eCRM Firm Click2Community Secures Funding for Product Development and Launch

Click2Community, an eCRM (Customer Relationship Management) provider focusing on the residential construction industry, announced today that it has secured additional first round funding from Toronto's Venn-Mitchell Investments. The company will use the funds for continued product development and product launch. The investment provides Venn-Mitchell Investments with an ownership stake and a member of the group will serve on the Click2Community Advisory Board.

The vast and fragmented home building industry, represents a market that is over $260 billion in North America. Although builders have been slower to adopt new technology than other vertical industries, the huge increase of buyers using the Internet to begin their new home search and fierce competition between builders has prompted builders to begin looking for solutions that go well beyond web browsing.
